Best Travel Time
When is the best time to travel to Australia? Firstly, this depends on your wishes because Australia is beautiful at any time of the year. It also depends on the climate. Due to the grand size of the country means there are several climate zones on offer. This means you can experience a variety of weather when visiting Australia. The seasons are the exact opposite of the United Kingdom. Summer is from December to February. And winter is from June to August. However, in places like Brisbane, even though it’s winter, they have similar temperatures to the UK Summer. Spring and Autumn are ‘shoulder seasons’ and is when we recommend travelling to Australia. Ask us why!
Typically the north has a tropical climate, with a wet and dry season. The best time to visit is from May till October. This is during the Australian winter (June till August). Many Melbourians escape the winter in the south and take advantage of an average temperature of 26 degrees with plenty of warm sunshine.
The best time to travel to Australia depends on your needs. What kinds of activities would you like to do there? Do you already have some places on your bucket list? Based on your wishes and desires, we can advise you on the best time to travel, the most suitable places and climate zones. Ask us, we would love to talk to you more about Australia’s diverse climate.
