Go on an Aussie 4WD adventure together with local guides

Discover Australia’s most accessible outback, Flinders Ranges. Located in South Australia, an approximately five-hour drive from Adelaide, stretching over 400 kilometres. There are plenty of things to do and see in this part of the country. Marvel at geographical wonders, deep red rock gorges, deserted plains and ancient rocky landscapes.

Hosts, Tony and Julieanne, are the fourth generation of the family to run a cattle station. They manage an accommodation and a sheep farm with approximately 2,000 sheep. In a 4WD, they will take you on an extensive tour of the local area. Visit the Bunyeroo and Brachina Gorges in the heart of Flinders Ranges National Park.

During the tour, you will see a diversity of landscapes, some of the world's oldest fossils and the local flora and fauna. If you're lucky, you can even get a glimpse of the rare "yellow-footed rock-wallaby". And in the old mining town of Blinman, you will stop for lunch.

In the afternoon, you can then choose to join a tour that shows how the miners lived and worked. The final stop of the day will be at Stokes Hill Lookout, where you will have a fantastic view of the Flinders Ranges. In total, this trip takes approximately eight hours.
