Holidays that take them off the beaten path, where they can immerse themselves in their destination’s rich history, and really learn and understand the culture of each place they visit.
The ideal candidate:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and creative English-speaking UK-based person with B2C experience who is highly organised, creative, and proficient in both digital and traditional marketing techniques and strategies.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of their tasks, with a passion for social media, content creation, and SEO, and thrives in a collaborative environment across various departments.
The role:
- Content Writing: Skilled in online long-form strategic and tactical content production, including blogs, destination pages, and landing pages, tailored to target audiences and ensuring all content aligns with brand tone, style, and marketing objectives.
- Digital & Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok), with the ability to craft platform-specific content to engage target audiences.
- Creative Mindset: Demonstrates a flair for creative thinking, contributing fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and staying proactive in generating innovative content for campaigns and brand promotion.
- Project & Deadline Management: Demonstrate strong organisational skills in managing multiple content projects, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring timely feedback loops.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for integrated campaign production. Participates in regular content, creative, and strategy meetings to brainstorm ideas and align efforts.
- Sales Support: Able to handle specific requests from sales teams, including updating landing pages and producing supplier texts in a timely manner.
- Event & Campaign Management: Experience in promoting events and executing campaign-related content production with attention to quality, deadlines, and continuous feedback adjustments.
Desired skills:
- Working knowledge of the following marketing tools is desired but not essential as training will be provided: Conductor, Ahrefs, Spotler, Meta, ChatGPT, Hubspot, Asana, Canva, Adobe Express and Adwords.
Essential requirements:
- Although the role is fully remote, you must be UK-based and be able to demonstrate your right to work in the UK.
