A 52-kilometre cycling adventure through the wilderness of the South Island’s remote and rugged West Coast. Known for its ancient rainforests, towering mountains, impressive glaciers and large rivers. Stretching from the coastline to the Southern Alps.

The combination of wild weather and impressive natural beauty makes for a fascinating day of cycling. Follow the trail from Lake Kaniere to Hokitika. Along the Hokitika River and over the ‘Pipeline’ encircled by trees. Take it easy, relax on the banks of the river and soak up the views of the Southern Alps.
